1. Product Condition

All books sold are used unless otherwise stated. The condition of each item is described as accurately as possible. Minor wear, markings, or aging may be present. If you have questions about a specific book, feel free to reach out before purchasing.

2. Pricing & Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice. Secure payments (including major credit cards and PayPal) are accepted via Shopify's checkout system. 

3. Order Fulfillment

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted. You will receive a confirmation email and tracking (if applicable) once your order is shipped.

4. Returns

All sales are final. However, if an item arrives damaged or significantly not as described, please contact estimablebooks@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. The issue will be reviewed and either a refund or replacement may be offered depending on availability. 

5. Limitation of Liability

Estimable Books is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of this website or products. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the item in question.
