Shipping policy

Every order is carefully packaged and shipped directly from British Columbia, Canada. Exceptional care is taken to ensure your books arrive safely and in beautiful condition.

Processing Time

Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once your package leaves our hands, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and weight of the order.

Delivery Times

Canada: 2–10 business days
United States: 5–12 business days
International: 7–21 business days (availability varies)

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by postal carriers. Regional customs processing or local carrier delays may occasionally extend transit time.

International Duties, Taxes & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Estimates of duties and taxes are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country. Estimable Books and Publishing does not control or collect these charges and cannot guarantee whether or how much a customer may be charged.

All international shipments are declared accurately and in accordance with applicable customs requirements. Merchandise cannot be undervalued, nor can commercial shipments be declared as gifts.

Tracking

Full tracking is provided for all standard domestic and international parcel shipments (where available) so you can follow your order's journey every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please reach out to contact@estimablebooks.com. While carrier and customs delays are outside the direct control of Estimable Books, every inquiry is monitored personally and you can count on Estimable Books to actively work with carrier services to resolve the issue for you.

Shipping Damage

If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact contact@estimablebooks.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item. A replacement or refund will be issued promptly to make it right.
