I ship orders from British Columbia, Canada using standard and trackable services where possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and weight of the order. I do my best to keep rates affordable.

Delivery Times

• Canada: 2–10 business days

• U.S.: 5–12 business days

• International: 7–21 business days (availability varies)

Tracking

Some orders include tracking; this will be provided in your shipping confirmation email if available.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed or hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please contact me. I’ll do my best to assist, but I cannot be responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Shipping Damage

If your item arrives damaged, contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos. I'll review the situation and work toward a solution.
